Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your listing or submission anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. If you’ve made a payment in error, you are eligible to request a refund within 72 hours of the transaction. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and processing may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that once a service is delivered (e.g., your listing is published), partial refunds may apply depending on the usage period.
